SHIPPING INFORMATIONOur goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the designer/fashion studio for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The designer/fashion studio processes the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days. Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. A tracking will be emailed to you as soon as your item is shipped.
Return PolicyReturns Our policy lasts 29 days. If 29 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. This is to ensure that the product is received by the supplier who originally posted to you Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. Shipping To return your product, you should mail your product to the concerned supplier address. We deal with a lot of suppliers, hence please confirm the return address with us before posting. This is to ensure that the product is received by the supplier who originally posted to you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Do you ship Worldwide? Yes. Will my order be shipped in multiple parcels? If you place a large order, it may be fulfilled in multiple shipments. How long will my order take to deliver? Your order should take between 10 to 35 business days to arrive at your doorstep. Will I have to pay any customs fees? We are confident that there will be no customs fees. However we are not responsible for customs fees or import duties. If any such costs are required, it is the buyers responsibility to pay the balance. What are my payment options? We accept payments by Paypal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. What are my delivery options? We currently only offer one standard shipping option, which is free. How secure is your site? Soft Pillow Shop processes payments using the Stripe payment gateway. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. We take security very seriously, all payments are verified by Stripe to prevent fraud. Can I amend my order? Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to amend your order. We ship items out usually within 1 working day, so cannot guarantee any changes will be made. It is your responsibility to ensure you check out with the correct items and shipping info. Where is my order? You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. How do I track my parcel? You can track your parcel via the email we sent you. We also have a link to our Order Tracking page on our Home Page. When will I receive my parcel? Once your order is trackable, it will take between 10 to 35 business days to be delivered. Depending on different country’s custom restrictions, this may take longer (we wish this wasn't the case). Can I return or exchange an item? Absolutely. We offer a 30 day refund time from the date you receive your parcel. Read our Refund Policy page for more info. If you are unhappy with your order, we encourage you to email us directly on our website, so we may resolve your issue with the product. What if I received a faulty item? If you discover a fault, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your parcel) via ‘Contact Us’ on our website.
